To get feedback for the app, we showed it to them and asked various questions pertaining to it's features, user-friendliness, and overall ease of usage


1. Ease of Use:

2. Suggested Improvements:
  • The letters on the app should be big for easy reading 
  • The app should support other regional languages as well
  • The conference calling feature is confusing
  • The content should include news and current affairs
  •  There should be a radio as well on the app for entertainment

 We hope that the app does actually reach the elderly and they are happy with it.
